Warm Lines
Warm lines are operated by peers, others with life experiences that may or may not be like yours. Their role is to listen without judgment and use their training and own experience to prevent a mental health crisis before it happens. Some warm lines may not answer immediately, and you may be asked to leave a voicemail.
